In Mix Magazine's Internet Audio supplement (April 2001), editor Sarah Jones asked the question, "Who is the new web audio professional?" Writer Andrea Rotondo Hospidor chose my company, Blister Media, as a model for the future of music production.

In 2000, long before the phrase 'Sonic Identity or ‘Sonic Branding’ was on everyone’s lips, Blister Media was commissioned to create a unique sound design treatment for a new HBO television channel, HBO ZONE, which was described to us as 'HBO for a GEN X audience'. Our resulting innovative audio packaging not only garnered us substantial acclaim, but the Television Industry community recognized us by awarding Blister with a Gold Promax statue, an award whose significance seemed all the more surreal since our competitors were some of the networks themselves! While I had already won a couple of CLIOs, and Michael a mention in the New York Times for his work on games, this award made me feel like we had finally arrived. Both VIDEOGRAPHY and the online mag, digitalproducer.com, asked us to describe our process. This article is a reprint of one of the subsequent published articles.

Online Music Phenoms promotes an eclectic mix of mostly amateur, underground, vintage and world music video from acts performing original material or stand out covers. Featured phemons include performers whose style ranges from J-Pop to African Rap and Post Soviet Post Mod pop stars.

Terry O'Gara assumed Creative Direction and Project Management responsibilities for the official website of Concord Recording Artist Karrin Allyson (www.karrin.com), launched March/2008 in tandem with the release of the artist's 11th album, Imagina: Songs of Brasil.

Since 1996 Terry O'Gara has provided freelance and/or consulting services to Val's Artist Management, a New York artist management firm representing distinct vocal talent worldwide. Services rendered include/d: Concept, produce and manage work flow of promotional projects for web, print and audio. AMS Artists' clients include Grammy winning Concord recording Artist Karrin Allyson, Telarc recording artists Ann Hampton Callaway (composer of 'The Nanny') and pianist Benny Green, Grammy nominated Savoy recording artist Ravi Coltrane, Trombone legend and RKM recording artist Robin Eubanks and Guitar master Jim Hall ((honored by The French Ministre of Culture with the highest rank in the Order of Arts and Letters: ‘Chevalier’). Additional projects executed through AMS Artists include marketing and event management support for the Alice Coltrane memorial; and miscellaneous activities on behalf of the Alice and John Coltrane Home (National Register of Historic Places) in Dix Hills, NY.
