Ever since college, Steve Buell knew what he wanted to do. At the University of Houston in Houston, Texas, Buell focused his studies on Industrial Management and earned his four-year degree in August of 1995. Not too long after receiving his college degree, Steve Buell was calling the shots as an onsite Project Manager at the multi-story hotel construction company, KP Meiring Construction. Mr. Buell began working at KP Meiring Construction in April 1997, managing construction crews, assuring safety adherence, and organizing progress meetings. Mr. Buell then landed a job as Vice President at Skyline Commercial, Inc. in Austin, Texas. Steve and the construction crews worked on commercial businesses from the ground up in Austin and the surrounding areas. Buell oversaw KP Meiring Construction crews during such commercial projects as banks, retail shops, dorms, a water treatment facility, and restaurants. Buell constantly managed an average of four projects simultaneously and monitored the budgets. With years of experience in the construction industry behind him, Steve Buell advanced to the position of President of Buell Constructors, Inc. There, Steve Buell oversees projects including major home remodels, custom homes, and light commercial work. Buell Constructors became recognized on a larger scale; they were written about in two publications, Tribeza magazine and Austin Construction News. Aside from running his construction business, Mr. Steve Buell enjoys boating, swimming, golf, tennis, playing pool, reading, skiing, watching NASCAR and drag racing and spending time with his wife Kara Buell at their home in Austin, Texas.
