Hi, I'm Keith Bilous, the founder and President of ICUC Moderation Services, one of the world's leading content and community moderation companies

I'm the first to say that ICUC's creation was a bit of a fluke, but its continuing growth and success has been very deliberate. At the time of its founding in 2002, I was in the wireless biz. My roots are in wireless marketing, launching first-ever wireless solutions such as mobile communities and text driven events. It was my expertise and passion for wireless and internet technology that led me to create ICUC Moderation Services.

Working with Canada's MuchMusic channel, one of my wireless clients at the time, I was asked to moderate text to screen chat. I instantly saw the opportunity and a new company (and industry) was born. As a successful entrepreneur, I founded ICUC building on my extensive history and experience of piloting start-ups through business development, product development, recruiting, sales and marketing.

I think it's my love of technology that has made me want to learn as much as I can about user-generated content and social networks. I'm a complete geek about it, because I love it. I love where UGC is taking marketing. Right now ICUC works with some of the world's biggest brands to manage their online content and to protect their reputations and their online communities.

I am a strategic thinker with real world experience and an energetic method of getting things done. My most recent project is the launch of snoo.ws, an industry blog on how user-generated content is being used by marketers, entrepreneurs, techies and just about everyone else.
