When he is not presenting argument in Court, visiting felony clients at the jail, or writing appellate briefs and pre trial motions, Jorge Leon Chalela likes to stay active, practicing karate, long-distance swimming, and power weightlifting. Chalela is also an avid reader and engages in competitive speed chess whenever he can.
