John Sheridan is President of blindSpot Business Consulting Inc., a management consulting firm and Managing Partner of SocialMedia404. John has over 25 years experience and specializes in creating innovative and proven best practice solutions driven by business requirements.
John is also a member of the User Experience Network (UXnet.org) Board of Directors. UXnet is a California-based non-profit organization comprised of hundreds of volunteers around the world, who are experts in the field of improving the quality of experience a person has when interacting with a specific design. This can range from a specific artifact, such as a cup, toy or website, up to larger, integrated experiences such as a museum or an airport.
John assists clients with Social Networking strategies, and the use of Social and New Media methods and technologies to help clients improve customer relations and increase internal and partner effectiveness.
