Joel Dueck is a 27 years-old fellow originally born in Two Harbors, Minnesota. He currently lives near Minneapolis and works as a controller, office manager, and IT grunt for Reliable Resources, a data center design and engineering firm, and also moonlights as a web mechanic.
His biggest single interest is writing – of all kinds. Other interests include playing guitar (acoustic/fingerstyle), music, baseball, sudoku, camping & hiking, writing by hand, writing letters, writing on a typewriter, cryptography, computer programming, information architecture, semantics, running, photography, writing, history, and writing.
He grew up on the Iron Range during the eighties, spent some time in suburbs and inner-city Minneapolis, worked for a disaster-relief organization in Texas and for a couple of home builders in Michigan, and has been back in MN since 2002.
