The Emirates Neon Group (“ENG”) is a market leader in signage and outdoor advertising. Their mission is quite simple: to be the very best at corporate communications and brand awareness. Since their inception in 1976, they have aimed to be associated with nothing but the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Founded by Mr. Muhammed Hanif Merchant from the United Arab Emirates, with only 27 employees and a dream, ENG quickly became one of the premier sign making firms in the Middle East. Their first big break came when they signed a contract with Emirates Petroleum in 1980 for their filling stations throughout the UAE. Throughout the 1990s, their business started to take off, opening a Tri-O-Vision (a three faced revolving sign on a billboard) at Al Ahli stadium in Manama, Bahrain, and in 1998 ENG was awarded the contract to provide signage to the Emirates Office and Hotel Tower in the rapidly growing city of Dubai. Since the year 2000, ENG has experienced very rapid growth and expanded into diverse regions around the world, including the United Kingdom, Egypt, Kenya, Pakistan, China, and other countries in the Middle East such as Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.
