Dave is currently the Senior Integration Architect for eVectis Technologies, LLC. The Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing engages him as Pennsylvania's County Integration Architect. In this role, he provides Process Architecture driven architectural/technical direction and oversight for all county/municipal technology projects funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD). By combining his keen business acumen with a mastery of proven and emerging technology, he has helped clients to successfully develop strategic plans and technology solutions, characterized by robust and scalable architectures.
Previously, as a Manger for BearingPoint, his responsibilities included Lead E-Commerce Architect and Strategic Planner for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Justice Network (JNET).
