Biography: Beau Dozier Beau Dozier is a new up and coming writer/producer in the music industry. The son of the legendary songwriter/producer Lamont Dozier (part of Motown’s songwriting team of Holland/Dozier/Holland), Beau grew up surrounded by great artists and songs. At age seven, he co-wrote the tune “I Cry For You” with his father for singer Ben E.
