I am Alexander Wrege, originally from Kiel, Germany (Kronshagen, Deutschland), but I now live in the US and am working on a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Education and Linguistics at The University of Toledo. My interests include philosophy, political science, human rights & ecology, and human linguistics. I am currently a research fellow for the Center for Nonviolence and Democratic Education and teach English as a Second Language at the American Language Institute.
I am currently working on the Earth Charter Project for The Center for Nonviolence and Democratic Education. As part of this work, I also educate the public about global climate change as a member of former vice-president Al Gore's The Climate Project:
